Celtic Zone has a Zero Tolerance policy for all types of spam, spammers email addresses will be blocked, their IP addresses will be banned and spammers will be prosecuted if necessary. This rule applies to all Users (No Exceptions).

Spam is unsolicited communications in the form of email, private messaging, forum posts, listings or comments. Directed to people not personally known to you including but not limited to junk mail, chain letters, unsolicited bulk email, unapproved commercial advertising or otherwise any email sent that Celtic Zone reasonably believes constitutes Spam, based on applicable laws and industry practices.

Personal Details

  • In some sections of our website your username and some of your personal information will be displayed publicly on our website, by registering on our website you agree to display such information, we will never sell or otherwise share your personal details including but not limited to (email address, personal photos, your profile details, your activities, etc) with any third party.
  • By submitting reviews on our website, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to republish any material you submit to us in any format. And you agree only to submit your postings for publication if you own the copyright of this material or at least to have written permission from the copyright owner. Any personal details you provided in the reviews will be published, if you don't wish to share such details please refrain from submitting such personal information.
  • Providing false/misleading information during or after the registration process will lead to your account being limited or terminated.
  • If you submit a Business or a Listing, Other Customers may contact you using the contact form or the email address entered in the listing. In such a case, your Business email address will not be displayed publicly.

This is statistical data about our Customers browsing actions and patterns and does not identify any individual. We will not collect personal information in this way.

Usually, the messages appear to come from a legitimate source, Celtic Zone will NEVER ask you for any personal or financial details in an email, additionally, you are highly advised to check the links you click in any emails to make sure that the website's address is correct and it is not a scam.

Phishing and identity theft are great concerns to Celtic Zone, if you suspect that your account has been compromised in any way, please change your password and if you have any concerns please contact us immediately.

Personal User’s Communication Safety

  • Preference of username is, of course, an Individual choice, however, most Customers choose a fictitious name, as this is better for personal security and to assist in the prevention of Identity theft.
  • We expect Member names not be of rude/offensive content and suggest that the communication between Members should always be done via the Celtic Zone website to avoid revelation of your personal e-mail address.
  • Whatever information you insert into your Ad is displayed for all Customers to view, so it is a good idea to double check the ad before submission, as we prefer not to change the content or amend it on your behalf.
  • Communication with others and content of the ada as listed by the Customer is not the responsibility of Celtic Zone, nor do we accept liability for such. We would strongly suggest when placing an ad not to reveal personal details such as home phone number, address or e-mail address for user safety and security. When contacting another Customer and you wish to exchange details in a private message be cautious and if exchanging numbers use a mobile. Please remember you are responsible for what you write and of any related consequences. All Ads are in public view; we accept no responsibility as a result of any ads you place or any transactions between Customers. If you are placing a Video; be aware this may reveal such things as Gender, ethnic origin, religion, or sexual orientation. We do reserve the right to remove any offensive posts, Videos and in exceptional circumstances close a Customer account if our terms and conditions are not met.
  • You agree that due to the general security online we cannot guarantee any information you send to us is 100% secure and you accept the responsibility of doing so at your own risk; as no transmissions on the Internet are infallible, and you do not hold us responsible for any intercepted communications and cannot claim against us for unauthorised intercepted information.

Age Restrictions

You should be 18 Years of age and over to register on Celtic Zone, any minors surfing our website should consult an Adult over 18 years old to seek advice before any type of action they take here. We are not liable for false or misleading information submitted by the user in order to register and cannot accept any responsibility for any outcome resulting from such an act.
