We request you adhere to all legal requirements, and do not advertise any illegal products on the Celtic Zone website. We have given some examples below, but this may not constitute a complete listing, it is up to the participating parties to check the legality before buying and selling on Celtic Zone.
We want to keep our website safe for all our users, and value honesty as well as fairness for everyone. We reserve the right to remove without notice or refund, any advertisements deemed not to conform to our terms and conditions.

- Adult/sexual dating sites, explicit sex, fetishes, nudity, pornography, profanity Child abusive materials, sexually gratifying contents, sexual aids and sexual health tips.

- Dating and relationships materials, including invitations to join dating and personal social profiles on other websites.
- Mail order brides.
- Massage parlours.

Alcohol
Any liquid substance containing a percentage of Alcohol.

- Any badges, documents, equipment, ID’s, instruments, tools and objects related to the An Garda Síochána or the Irish Military force including replicas.

- Used underwear.

- Distributing links to websites which promotes copyright and trademark infringement.
- Listing any items which discredit a copyright or trademark owner.
- Selling goods or services which infringe copyrights.
- Using and/or infringing a trademark registered to another business or individual/s.
Cosmetics
The following are prohibited to sell under the cosmetics section:
- Cosmetics prohibited by the Irish law.
- Cosmetics containing toxic or illegal substance.
- Cosmetics containing animal parts or acquired by animal cruelty.
- Generic or non-factory labelled cosmetics.
- Expired cosmetics.
- Used personal cosmetics such as applicators, etc.
- Non-CE or non-HPRA (Health Products Regulatory Authority) approved cosmetics.
- Non-genuine cosmetics.

Counterfeit Goods
Any goods that mimic a brand feature, trademark or logo in an attempt to pass themselves as genuine, or resembling the genuine product must not be advertised on this website, it is strictly illegal to place such ads.
Digital Currency Trading Products and Materials
Drugs and Illegal Substances
Hallucinogenic, psychotic or otherwise herbal medicinal products and plants which are considered to be a drug, or may lead to loss of senses, including but not limited to defence sprays and any illegal substances prohibited by the Irish/European law.
Electric Shock Collars
Under no circumstances are these collars to be advertised on Celtic Zone. We do not tolerate accessories for torture and animal cruelty; even if they are legalised for training purposes. Celtic Zone reserve the right to suspend your account without notice in such cases. This also applies to any such similar items.
Explosive Materials
Any type of Canisters, Cylinders, Gas Bottles etc. and other explosive materials including Fireworks.
Fake Documentations and Materials
- Content that promotes creating fake or false identities, for example: passports, driving licences, diplomas, accreditation and academic cheating tutorials, etc.
- Equipment, tools and materials used to create fake documents.
- Content that is related to any fraudulent activity.
Farming & Agriculture
- Restricted or non-EU approved pesticides, please see the official agriculture information HERE for Restricted or non-EU/Irish approved fertilisers.
- Pesticides or fertilisers in non-original or plain packing.
- Any non-EU approved, comes in non-original, or plain packing tick and flea products.
- Any non-Irish or EU approved agricultural-related products.
Faulty Items
- Faulty items being sold as in a good working order.
- Goods deemed by the Irish government or the European Union to pose a danger or health hazard to the public.
- Manufacturer-recalled items which are faulty or non-usable.
- Purposely misrepresented items with the intent to deceive the buyer into buying unusable goods as working perfectly.
Firearms Weapons
Sales of any type of weapon and weapon accessories, including but not limited to the sale of ammunition, gun parts, hardware, pistols, rifles, blow guns, stun guns, laser guns, or any such related dangerous products including replicas.
Food Products Including Baby Food
Force-Entry Facilitating Equipment
Fuels & Flammable Liquids
Acid, petrol, diesel, fuels, illegal fuels and any other types of flammable liquids.
Gambling
All gambling-related items such as gambling apps, services, software, tutorials, slot machines and any gambling-related activities.
Health-Threatening Materials
Such as Asbestos, Cyanide, Potassium Chlorate, Sodium Nitrate, Sulphuric Acid, etc.
Human and Animal Remains
Including body parts, excrement, ivory, skulls, skeletons, stuffed animals & their fur.
Jamming Devices
All wireless telegraphy interference apparatuses are prohibited including but not limited to: Cellular, GPS, WIFI, security alarms, radar, An Garda Síochána speed detectors blocking devices and any radio transmitted signal jammers.

- Any materials promoting discrimination or otherwise found to be offensive to any individual or group with a disability. Even if it is humour-related.
- Materials depicting, glorifying, promoting the Nazi regime in any form or shape.
Personal Documents and Information
Including but not limited to:
- Birth certificates, passports, driver’s licence and any personal documents.
- Lists of people’s names, email addresses, postal addresses, phone numbers or any personal identification documents.
- Social media profile details and statics.
Poisonous and Toxic Substances
Properties
- Attempting to sell properties belonging to someone else, or another company with being authorised to do so.
- Concealing troubling issues (major or small) when listing a property.
- Subletting in any shape or form.
- Trying to sell a property while not disclosing a lien or judgement against it.
- Performing any illegal practices related to buying, selling or letting a property.
Satellite TV Descramblers
Any devices, cards, programmers and materials used to descramble satellite or cable signals, to watch paid channels without a valid subscription.
Sharp Instruments
Sharp objects such as any type of knives, hunting knives, penknives and any other similar objects that may cause any type of potential injury.
Software
- Hacked, cracked and stolen software, including but not limited to: instructions to disassemble a software, links to where to buy/download them, or any material contributing to discrediting software developers.
- Software to harvest personal information such as email addresses, IP addresses, etc.
- Unsolicited emails, text messages and online messenger messaging (SPAM) sending software.
- Hacking, brute-force, computer-invasion software and tools.
- Malware, worms and viruses spreading software.
- Any type of illegal software and scripts.
- Spam
All kind of spam including but not limited to:
1. Advertising other marketplaces.
2. Entering comments irrelevant to the ad in question.
3. Links to other websites (blunt advertising).
4. Unsolicited messages sent to other users.
5. Any spam-related ads or messages.
Stolen Goods
It is strictly illegal for anyone to advertise stolen goods or any items illegally obtained, and under no circumstances, they will be permitted to be sold on the Celtic Zone website.
Terrorism-Related Devices & Materials
- Any classified or government-related documents.
- Bomb-making and hazardous materials, tutorials or any kind of related equipment.
- Books, documents and paper notes promoting terrorism.
- Digital mediums containing information about terrorism-related materials such as: CD’s, DVD’s, USB Sticks, Hard Discs, External Hard Drives, etc.
- Grenades, weapons, weapon parts and replicas.
- Illegal combustible materials, such as explosives, etc.
- Plane manuals, air force maps, etc.
- Radio-active materials.
- Use of, sharing or selling any violence promoting materials. Such as images, videos, information and tools which can be used to terrorise any individuals or community.
Tickets Touting (Selling Event Tickets at highly-inflated prices)
Tobacco, Cigarettes and Links to Tobacco Vendors
Underage, Non-Consensual or Illegal Sex Acts
Posting content related to child sexual abuse imagery or paedophilia. Paedophilia is any content or behaviour (images, texts, videos, etc.) that depicts, encourages, or promotes sexual attraction by adults toward minors (i.e., under 18)
Violent Content
Our policy does not allow adverts to be placed with content that contains graphic or gory images such as bloodshed, violent scenes, and gruesome or freak accidents in any form. Exceptions to this are martial arts, wrestling and boxing sports ads.
If you recognise or see anything suspicious advertised on the Celtic Zone marketplace; please contact us and report the matter to your local Gardaí.
We reserve the right to update the above list by allowing, restricting or prohibiting any items from being advertised on Celtic Zone without notice at our discretion.
